This year the traditional Kickboxing and Muay Thai gala of the promoter Bruno Botindari will host the international K1 WORLD GP EUROPE tournament in Piazza Garibaldi in Rosolini (SR)
The international tournament of the Japanese promotion, among the most famous in the world, after the stages of New York, Curitiba, Osaka, Sarajevo, will be the protagonist in Sicily with 7 matches between heavyweights who will compete for the pass to the Tokyo finals.
But the surprises don’t end there. Evolution Fight will also be the stage for three thrilling fights which will award equally prestigious world belts:
• WKU Muay Thai World Title;
• ISKA Muay Thai World Title;
• ISKA Oriental Rules World Title;
THE CARD
The home idol Giuseppe “The Assassin ” Gennuso, after taking home the ISKA Intercontinental belt, is preparing to defend the WKU world title won last July against Sergiu Stoica. The athlete of the Trinacria Team Muay Thai, after having imposed himself at the IMTF world championships in Thailand and having won titles in Europe, has no intention of giving up an inch in front of his audience and on the contrary, he is making matters worse by declaring that he is aiming for the most important promotions in the world.
Sicilian Luciana “Lilith” Germano will make her return to the Evolution Fight ring, with the clear aim of winning the ISKA world title after last year’s triumphant European victory. But his story goes far beyond titles and belts. Luciana has openly shared her fight against endometriosis, inspiring thousands of people with her strength and determination to pursue her dreams despite the difficulties. Her moving dedications have made her an icon of hope and courage who “doesn’t want to stop dreaming”.
Then there is Enrico “The Fog ” Carrara, two-time Lion Fight World Champion, IMTF European Champion and Italian Pro Fight1 champion, who will try again to attack the ISKA world title, which eluded him two years ago right in the Rosolini ring. A technically sublime athlete, Carrara is also known for his scenographic entrances capable of creating an incredible atmosphere and characterized by iconic horror masks that often serve to send very strong messages.
